Harmony V., our firm’s President, guides our shared success. Harmony’s obvious passion and drive were inspired at a young age. She credits her grandmother for instilling in her the guiding values by which she thrives. These principles include a determined work ethic, integrity, perseverance, compassion, and empathy. Her grandmother also encouraged Harmony’s involvement in sports, which expanded her team mind-set and put her on the path to a full college scholarship. Today, she exemplifies these attributes and fosters them in her people. An admired business owner since 2000, she is committed to helping others achieve their goals as well. In fact, by serving as a professional coach to many, Harmony has helped hundreds of people reach their biggest objectives.

She is also a leader in the community, and is particularly honored to work with children’s charities to help them exceed their fundraising goals. In addition to raising millions of dollars and launching a sweepstakes program for groups they support, Harmony and her team have donated care packages and thousands of toys to children in shelters and hospitals..

Philanthropy is a core component of the Universal Events culture. Along with the team’s routine giveback efforts, they are focused on exceeding their annual fundraising goals on a consistent basis. In 2015, they successfully generated $3 million for one national organization, and are building up to $8 million in 2016.
