2024 was the strongest year in Universal Events' history. Across 23 offices in 14 states, our teams supported hundreds of thousands of community members on behalf of our nonprofit partners — building relationships, handling compliance and logistics, and creating the operational momentum that lets organizations grow.
By the Numbers
This year, Universal Events teams completed over 180 operational weeks across four major nonprofit partners. Community engagement events reached an estimated 200,000+ people. New community engagement was up 34% year-over-year, with partner organization retention holding strong — a reflection of the operational stability Universal Events provides.

Partner Highlights
Stand for the Silent completed their most expansive school tour to date, visiting over 200 schools in 11 states. LEAD launched in two new cities supported by Universal Events' operational infrastructure. Brighter Christmas coordinated its largest toy drive ever, with over 5,000 toys distributed across 12 states. Tilly's Life Center expanded their in-school curriculum to 8 states.
Looking to 2025
In 2025, Universal Events plans to open three new office locations, launch a new digital operations platform for community outreach, and add two new nonprofit partners to its roster. The organization is also investing in expanded training programs for team leads and operations managers.
