We believe business can be a force for good

Universal exists to prove it. We partner with mission-driven organizations to expand their reach, strengthen their operations, and turn good intentions into measurable community impact.

That means building the teams, the partnerships and the infrastructure behind the work, then carrying the operational load so our partners can stay focused on their programs and the people they serve.

Universal Events Inc. was founded by Harmony Vallejo, a keynote speaker and leadership advisor. Her work guides the firm’s approach to helping mission-driven organizations grow.
