Universal Events is expanding into three new cities in 2025 — Phoenix, Atlanta, and Chicago — extending its operational support network to a total of 26 locations across 16 states.
Each new location will operate under the Universal Events brand standard, staffed by trained local teams who understand the communities they serve. The expansion was driven by partner demand — nonprofit and for-profit organizations working with Universal Events requested a presence in all three markets.

Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago
Phoenix will serve as the hub for Southwest expansion, supporting operations in the greater Arizona market. Atlanta will anchor Universal Events' Southeast presence, with operations planned across the greater metro area. Chicago opens the Midwest to Universal Events for the first time — the organization's largest single-market launch to date.
