Since founding Universal Events, Harmony has built the organization from a single-city operation into a 23-office network spanning 14 states. Her approach — rooted in face-to-face engagement, ethical practices, and genuine community relationships — has become a model for how mission-driven organizations can scale with integrity.
Harmony is an AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) member and has been featured in Marquis Who's Who for her contributions to nonprofit leadership. She continues to mentor the next generation of operational leaders through Universal Events' training programs.
