Harmony Vallejo is the Founder and CEO of Universal Events Inc., the back-office infrastructure company serving nonprofits and for-profit organizations across 14 states. She built the company from a single field office into a network of 23 locations, staying close to the operational work the entire time.
Her approach is straightforward: organizations that need to focus on mission shouldn't have to think about payroll, recruiting, compliance, or logistics. Harmony built Universal Events to handle exactly those things, so the organizations she supports never have to.
Over more than a decade, she has helped 50+ organizations build the infrastructure that turns good intentions into sustained community impact. Her clients have collectively reached more than 200,000 people through programs Universal Events helped design, staff, and operate.
